Rashad Khalifa
The Quran's 19-based code was revealed by God to mankind through Rashad Khalifa. This momentous revelation that "19” is the Quran's common denominator became a reality in January 1974, coinciding with Zul-Hijjah 1393 A.H. The Quran was revealed in 13 B.H. (Before Hijrah). This makes the number of years from the revelation of the Quran to the revelation of its miracle 1393 + 13 = 1406 = 19x74. The correlation between 19x74 lunar years and 1974 solar years could not escape notice. This is especially uncanny in view of the fact that the only mention of "19” in the Quran is in Sura 74.
After revealing Code 19 to the world and proclaiming that humanity needs to worship God alone in order to obtain salvation in the Hereafter, Rashad Khalifa was martyred on January 31, 1990.
[40:28] A believing man among Pharaoh's people, who was concealing his belief, said, "How can you kill a man just for saying, 'My Lord is GOD,' and he has shown you clear proofs from your Lord? If he is a liar, that is his problem, and if he is truthful, you benefit from his promises. Surely, GOD does not guide any transgressor, liar.
Below are further proofs that it was part of God's ultimate plan to reveal this miracle through this individual.
[3:145] No one dies except by GOD’s leave, at a predetermined time. The root for Rashad ( ر ش د )is found exactly 19 times in the Quran.
Surah 19 begins with the letters KHY’AS ( كهيعص ). This verse is the 1230th initialed verse of the Quran.
The gematrical value of Rashad Khalifa ( رشاد خليفة ) is 1230.
As mentioned above, Rashad was martyred on January 31, 1990. Using the orientation that is commonly used outside of the United States as Day/Month/Year this would be written as 31/01/1990. 31011990 = 19 x 1230 x 1327. Sura 19 has 98 verses, and since the first verse of sura 19 is the 1230th initialed verse, and the last verse of sura 19 is the 1327th initialed verse.
Surah 19 has the initials K.H.Y.’A.S and the total count of these initials in sura 19 occur = 137 + 175 + 343 + 117 + 26 = 19 x 42 = 798. Therefore, Sura 19 contains 798 initialed letters.
Rashad Khalifa lived 19,797 days on earth and was taken before the 798th day.

Verse 19:19 has a gematrical value: 1990 and consists of 31 letters. Rashad’s soul was taken from this earth on the 31st day of 1990.
