Leviticus 25:44-46: Regulations regarding the treatment of slaves.
"Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property."
Ephesians 6:5: Instructions to slaves in the New Testament.
"Slaves, obey your earthly masters with respect and fear, and with sincerity of heart, just as you would obey Christ."
7 “When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she shall not go out as the male slaves do. 8 If she does not please her master, who has designated her[a] for himself, then he shall let her be redeemed; he shall have no right to sell her to a foreign people, since he has dealt faithlessly with her.
